We recently underwent a master shower/bathroom floor renovation and needed a contractor to handle demo, plumbing and tile installation. After researching several companies, we hired Travis and his crew with Tango Alpha Construction. Our decision was based in very large part on their 5 star reviews, and we were not disappointed in the least! From start to finish, Travis and his crew impressed us. Travis has excellent communication and response time. He was promptly out to measure our job and we received a very fair quote very shortly after. The demo process blew us away! We had 22 year old tile on the floor to be removed, and miraculously we didn’t find a speck of dust left behind after demo! I have had a couple of nightmare scenarios with old tile removal in the past, leaving our belongings coated in dust and debris in the aftermath. When Tango Alpha says the demo is “dustless”, believe them! The plumbers were efficient and did a great job moving the shower head and controls prior to the job, and went out of their way to come late in the day on a Friday in order to accommodate our need to use the shower because of guests arriving in our home later that day. I have been in construction for many years and have experienced subs that don’t show up on time, if at all. This tile crew was 5-10 minutes early and worked hard every day. They were very efficient and left our home neat and tidy each day, and ensured all debris and trash was removed completely at the end of the job. They did excellent quality work. Travis was on the job each day to touch base with me and assure our satisfaction. We actually had an issue with a bad batch of grout received from the manufacturer, and without hesitation, Travis went out of his way to submit pictures and get this situation rectified. This was absolutely no fault of Tango Alpha and still he wanted to assure we were 100% pleased with the end result. We cannot be happier with the job performed by Tango Alpha and highly recommend them to anyone!
